EXPERIENCE: Mr. Jester has more than forty years experience in the HVAC industry with extensive expertise in both consulting engineering and construction aspects. He is responsible for project directing of engineering and Construction Management service projects, the design and evaluation of HVAC systems, energy usage analyses, and system performance verification. He has been employed with CDI since 1987.

The following projects are representative of Mr. Jester’s work experience and cover only a portion of his prior and present working assignments.

• CLIENT: Evaluation of main Data Center HVAC adequacy. Numerous office space renovation projects. Customer Service/Payment Centers.
• CLIENT: Numerous office fit-up and Tech Center engineering, and extensive Construction Administration projects of well in excess of 1,000,000 Sq. Ft.
• CLIENT: Turnkey design and construction of tenant fit-up for 20,000 Sq. Ft. Data Center/Contingency Trading space, plus 5,000 Sq. Ft. of support offices. A new generator was installed as part of this project.
• CLIENT: Expansion and upgrade projects for several Data Center sites.
• CLIENT: Energy reduction analysis at facilities across the US – evaluation and construction liaison for eutectic thermal storage system – turnkey construction for electric to gas fuel conversion in a high-rise facility – construction management for major renovations to the Corporate Data Center.
• CLIENT: Turnkey construction for 50,000 Sq. Ft. Corporate Data Center 1200 ton chiller plant replacement and upgrade.
• CLIENT: Construction of environmental conditioning system for 25,000 Sq. Ft. Data Center.
