EXPERIENCE: With twenty plus years of experience in the
industry, Mr. Neumann started working with CDI in 1996. Mr.
Neumann holds P.E. licenses in:
NJ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MI, MO, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN,
VA, WI
The following are representative of his work activities.
Mr. Neumann has extensive experience in mechanical and electrical
engineering and construction for mission critical and other
applications.
- CLIENT: Generated design drawings and Specifications,
coordinated client and construction efforts for numerous
projects requiring high reliability. Projects included MetLife’s
International Data Centers, as well as numerous regional centers
requiring redundant infrastructure of power generation and
distribution, UPS back-up, air conditioning, and FM-200 and preaction fire suppression. Evaluation of existing and proposed
site infrastructure throughout the United States was also a
requirement.
- CLIENT: Design and programming of pneumatic and PLC control
systems for production and process equipment, primarily for
explosive or hazardous environments.
- CLIENT: Design drawings and Specifications for
primary and secondary chilled water systems, HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, fire protection, and alarm systems for the Data
Center. Supervised on-site construction.
- CLIENT: Design drawings
and Specifications, as well as coordinated terms and conditions
for public bidding. Obtained approvals by the FDA, NJ Dept. of
Health, NJ Dept. of Consumer Affairs, NJ Dept. of Environmental
Protection and Insurance Underwriters. Supervised, inspected,
and approved construction and equipment: Investigated,
recommended, and inspected economic design solutions for HVAC
and utility complaints, chiller replacements, energy
conservation, and for the University’s AIDS task force,
addressing airborne pathogens in existing and proposed
facilities and for the renovation of the hospital’s TB and AIDS
isolation areas. Designed HVAC systems for animal research
facility and obtained FDA approval.
- CLIENT: Design of HVAC, electrical, fire
protection, and alarm systems for a telecommunication studio and
Conference Center.
